Exchange Of Defective Items.

We pride ourselves with producing high quality merchandise and inspect all items before shipment.

In the unlikely case that a product defective in manufacture is shipped, we will gladly replace that item for a new identical item.

Please inspect your purchase immediately upon receipt.

If you believe you have received a defective item, send us an email to support@designsbykellywilliams.com describing the defect, attaching a picture of the defect.

Our defective product exchange policy lasts for 30 calendar days.

If more than 30 calendar days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered an exchange. To be clear, there are no refunds.
